Did EB babe Yosh leak her own sex video scandal?

As to whether Yosh Rivera leaked the alleged Wally Bayola sex tape is still unverified. According to PinoyStop.com, the news of this alleged Wally and Yosh affair broke when Yosh Rivera went to get her laptop fixed last week. The supposed Wally Bayola sex tape was filmed on her computer and because of this some people speculated that she is the one who leaked the video in the first place. The rumors that EB Babe Yosh released the alleged Wally Bayola scandal amplified when her friends reportedly believe that she is not upset over the scandal.

As of this writing, neither Rivera nor Bayola have commented on the video where the Eat Bulaga host was supposedly caught on film having an affair with the EB Babe Yosh.

Rizza, Wally’s wife, is reportedly supporting her husband even after the sex video scandal went viral online. Wally Bayola is current staying in his home with his wife and five children. Wally has not appeared on Eat Bulaga since news of the alleged sex video tape scandal broke out. Malou Fagar told the Philippine Daily Inquirer that Wally Bayola was not fired in Eat Bulaga.

If it was Yosh Rivera who release this supposed Wally Bayola sex tape, it is possible that she could face criminal charges. Chito Miranda, the Parokya ni Edgar singer who was also involved in a sex tape scandal of his own with his girlfriend Neri Naig, have already sought the help of the ‎National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to investigate who stole Chico Miranda hard drive and leaked the Neri Naig sex video. If the NBI finds the person who leaked the video, the culprit could face jail time under the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
